Privacy Statement

To start adding your resold hosting accounts just log into your control panel and click on 'Add Domain' tool (pictured right). You'll then be redirected to a page that will ask you to choose a 'Add Additional Domain' or 'Add Parked Domain' which descriptions of both.

If you wish to add a new client under your reseller plan, choose 'Add Additional Domain'. By default, all information is filled out with your information. You should leave this information as such so that you are the one who is sent the welcome letter, future invoices and announcements.

Keep in mind that you can also use our RM software to keep track of your clients.

NOTE: If you are going to be using your own name servers for this domain, please choose the 'don't register me' option.

After you've submitted the order, you will receive your customers' account information by email within 10 minutes. You can then edit the welcome email and send it on to your customer with your company name if you would like to.

Transferring existing domain name

If you're transferring a domain from another registrant to your reseller plan, you'll need to request a DNS (Domain Name Server) change. If you do not have a virtual name server set up, click here for our DNS information. If you have a Virtual Name Server setup for your resold account, click on the 'Virtual Name Server' tool on your Control Panel for this information.

Registering/Renewing/Transferring domain name

If you are using your own name servers, you should choose the 'don't register me' option. However, if you wish to register the domain, please contact technical support to request such. If you are renewing or transferring an exising domain name, please contact technical support to have us take care of this. Please note charges will apply to the domain name.
