SSH Telnet is a secure form of Telnet, using an RSA key. SSH is a more powerful means of access than FTP, and as such there are more possibilities for error, and actions which may cause harm to the server.
Please note that SSH Telnet access to an account is a privilege which can be revoked if we determine that the user's activities are detrimental to the health of the server.
The first step is to let us know you need SSH Telnet access - your account must be enabled for this access. The second step is to download and configure an SSH Telnet application. Third, you will need to create a key using your PC's SSH software, then use SSH feature within your Control Panel to upload the key to our servers. Once it is uploaded, you will be able to connect to our servers using SSH.
